Making Tracks is a simple, stranded knitting project - using two colours of our local yarn Methera. Inspired by the marks and tracks we leave on our journey through life, both physical and the impressions we leave with people and places. I designed and knitted this whilst enjoying lots of walks in Silverdale and seeing tracks left all over the beach, we love making and following them instinctively!
Methera is a 4 ply yarn, a blend of four breeds (Cheviot, Shetland, Bluefaced Leicester and Zwartbles) to make a strong yet soft wool, perfect for this cowl, which will keep out those wintery drafts! The pattern calls for 1 skein of each colour.
