This lightweight cowl and mittens set is work in a simple texture using the raised front post treble to create an off set woven looking texture. The cowl is worked from edge to edge horizontally then picots added at both sides and the edges of the work are joined together to make a continuous loop. The mittens are fingerless and worked flat and seamed with picots added. The cowl and mitts take just one skein of Wool Local, a beautiful blend of Bluefaced Leicester & Masham sourced and spun with a 50 mile radius in Yorkshire.
