Always wanted to try knitting stranded colour work? Need a beautiful pair of knitted gloves for winter? Well this may be the course for you!
Rachael & Ruth will guide you through the steps, over 3 x 2 hour sessions. Rachael designed the Methera Tile Gloves with Ruth adding the pattern for the fingers - so there is no one better equipped to teach you the techniques you will need to make them. Classes will be kept small so everyone gets the support they need.
You will learn:
*Colourwork in the round
*Corrugated rib
*How to knit a thumb gussett
*How to knit fingers
Skills needed:
To be able to knit and purl, experience of knitting in the round desirable but not essential. This is an intermediate skill level course.
The Methera Tile Glove kit (£24) is included in the price of the course, you just need to choose which set you would like to make. You'll also need to bring the following:
